Thank you. Some common sense, finally!
Honestly, I’ve been getting so tired of all the fighting that’s going on about Chick-fil-a. The president of the company was not speaking for the company as a whole, he was speaking for HIMSELF. Seriously, what ever happened to the first amendment? Why boycott a business if they aren’t treating people any differently than they have in the past? They have the best chicken sandwiches out of anywhere else in the world!
I mean come on, if you try to shut down my waffle fries that I can only get when I visit my grandpa you got another thing coming for ya.
He was not just speaking on his personal beliefs, he was speaking as the CEO of a company that gives money to other organizations…organizations that have a SOLE PURPOSE of outlawing GAY MARRIAGE…marriage that is a HUMAN right, not one that should be EARNED…A right that you and I and the people next door are BORN with. If it was just about him and his free speech, we wouldn’t make such a big deal, but it’s NOT…it’s 5 million dollars worth of reasons. If it were YOUR rights taken away, how would you feel??
